The dog days of summer are here! To stay cool outdoors we like to stop by a covered dog friendly patio and enjoy a cool refreshing drink. The best part is more restaurants in Atlanta are now providing menus for our four legged bff! Here are a few we love. Let us know which one is your favorite!
Bistro Niko
Found in the heart of Buckhead, Bistro Niko has a huge patio overlooking Peachtree Rd. We love to get a glass of wine and people watch! They serve authentic French food for the humans and speciality meals for the pups on Saturdays. Ask your server and the chef will make a special meal for your pup. Teddy got the beef meatloaf and he loved every bite! Please note that dogs are always welcome on the patio but "Pooches on the patio" is only available on Saturdays.
The Family Dog
As the name states, The Family Dog is all about family and your dog! It was only fitting when they created a dog menu which includes puppucinos & DOGuts! It's a great place to listen to live music or watch your favorite sports team. They have to be the most pup friendly restaurant in Atlanta!
Southern Bistro
You can find all things southern for both humans and dogs. Teddy's favorite is the chicken bowl off the doggie menu.
Publico Kitchen & Tap
The doggie menu at Publico has many great options including biscuits, ground turkey with veggies, and a seafood casserole. Talk about yummy! I promised Teddy we would go back so he could try the rest of their menu. The best part is 100% of their profits from the dog menu goes to the Howell Mill Humane Society.
