What Is An Affiliate Program?
There are many affiliate platforms out there. Currently, I use RewardStyle (also known as liketoknow.it) as my monetization tool. These platforms allow you to earn a commission based on sales you drive with your links.
How Do Affiliate Links Work?
I am sure you have seen many bloggers use special links. When you click on the link it takes you to an item at a store- those are affiliate links. Note, it does not have to be text, it can be a photo or widget. When you make a purchase using my special link, they are able to track the link which allows me to get a small commission. Things to know, you do not have to buy the exact item. If you close out of the window and come back within the next few days, they are able to remember that you clicked my link last. But say you clicked on another blogger’s link in between that time frame, that blogger would get the commission. There is NO cost to you!

How to Shop My Instagram Posts.
Everything you see on my Instagram feed is available to shop via the link in bio which will take you to my liketoknow.it page. First, download the liketoknow.it app from your app store. After opening and setting up your profile you can search for me in the tool bar, Simply Sharon and Teddy. You can then tap on the photo and shop it. Another way is to take a screen shot of the photo you would like more details on. Then open the liketoknow.it app and click on the “My Likes” icon on the bottom of the screen. Viola! It’s that easy to shop my Instagram Posts.
